Our most recent project to convert a mid terrace Edwardian building close to the heart of Nottingham an over the road from the historical Boots island development. Planned in early 2020, started in January 2021 completed July 2021
To create quality homes for long and short term housing for all at fair price points.

Challenge
The success of this project is the fruit of hard work passion determination and some luck! Intuition and desire is not always enough to create a homes that people will love and live in . A lot of thought, planning and long sleepless nights. Putting team together with different self interest, schedules and a fair bit of pointing fingers was not always easy and sometimes required a larger dollop of diplomacy.
